Indian Wells Masters: Nakashima through to third round
Brandon Nakashima won against Rinky Hijikata 7-5, 6-1 on Saturday. He’ll face Italian Matteo Arnaldi in the next round

American Brandon Nakashima, the No 32 seed, reached the third round of the Indian Wells Masters by winning against Australian Rinky Hijikata 7-5, 6-1 at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden on Saturday night.
Nakashima, ranked No 33, will face Italian Matteo Arnaldi next.
Hijikata, ranked No 83, defeated Kazakh Alexander Shevchenko (6-1, 6-3) in the previous round of the Indian Wells Tennis Masters.
