Indian Wells Masters: Auger-Aliassime through to third round

Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime, the No 8 seed, won against Spaniard Pedro Martinez 7-6 (5), 6-4 to move into the third round of the Indian Wells Masters at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden on Saturday.

Auger-Aliassime, ranked No 10, will play the winner of the match between Argentinian Francisco Cerundolo, the No 27 seed, and American wildcard Jack Sock next.

Martinez, ranked No 120, edged out Swiss Marc-Andrea Huesler (7-6 (4), 3-6, 6-4) in the previous round of the Indian Wells Tennis Masters.
