Indian Wells: Walton scores maiden ATP Masters victory
The Australian defeated Giulio Zeppieri 7-5, 6-1 and will play No 27 seed Denis Shapovalov in the next round

Australian qualifier Adam Walton moved into the second round of the Indian Wells Masters by beating Italian qualifier Giulio Zeppieri 7-5, 6-1 on Thursday.
This was the first win at the ATP Masters 1000 level for the 25-year-old Australian.
Walton, ranked No 96, will play No 27 seed Denis Shapovalov next.
