American Christopher Eubanks advanced to the final of the Mallorca Open by edging out South African qualifier Lloyd Harris 4-6, 6-3, 7-6 (9) at Mallorca Country Club on Friday.
Eubanks, ranked No 77, will play the winner of the match between German Yannick Hanfmann and Frenchman Adrian Mannarino, the No 4 seed, next.
The American won against lucky loser Alex Michelsen (6-3, 6-7 (6), 7-5), No 3 seed Ben Shelton (6-7 (4), 6-4, 7-6 (2)) and French lucky loser Arthur Rinderknech (7-6 (5), 7-6 (4)) in the previous rounds of the Mallorca tournament.
Earlier in the tournament, Harris, ranked No 298, beat Spaniard Bernabe Zapata Miralles, the No 7 seed (6-2, 7-6 (2)), Russian qualifier Roman Safiullin (7-6 (5), 6-3) and Russian lucky loser Pavel Kotov (7-5, 6-2).
