Miami Masters: Tommy Paul advances to third round

American Tommy Paul, the No 16 seed, edged out Swiss Marc-Andrea Huesler 5-7, 6-3, 6-4 to advance to the third round of the Miami Masters at the Hard Rock Stadium on Friday evening.
Paul, ranked No 19, will play the winner of the match between Spaniard Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, the No 20 seed, and American Brandon Nakashima next.
In the previous round of the Miami Open, Huesler, ranked No 47, won against Spaniard Albert Ramos-Vinolas (6-7 (4), 7-6 (2), 6-3).
