Miami Masters: Paul battles past Bublik to advance to third round
The American will meet Argentinian Francisco Cerundolo, the No 23 seed, in the next round

American Tommy Paul, the No 12 seed, edged out Kazakh Alexander Bublik 5-7, 7-5, 6-4 to move into the third round of the Miami Masters at the Hard Rock Stadium on Friday.
Paul, ranked No 13, will play Argentinian Francisco Cerundolo, the No 23 seed, next.
In the previous round of the event, Bublik, ranked No 80, beat Argentinian Sebastian Baez (6-3, 6-4).
