Medjedovic (Next Gen)
Sixth seed Hamad Medjedovic finished the group stage with a perfect record, defeating wild card Abdullah Shelbayh 3-4 (6), 4-2, 4-3 (5), 4-2 to seal his place at the top of the red group and in the semi-finals of the Next Gen Finals.
It also confirmed Luca van Assche will qualify as the second-placed player from the group.
Once again, Medjedovic’s serve was exceptional, with 79 per cent of first serves in, and 88 per cent of first serves won.
He will face Dominic Stricker tomorrow while van Assche faces Arthur Fils.
