Paul holds off Quinn in Dallas Open second round
Tommy Paul knocked off Ethan Quinn in three sets on Friday night in Dallas. Paul will face American wild card Reilly Opelka in the quarter-finals.

No 3 seed Tommy Paul reached the last eight of the Dallas Open by edging out qualifier Ethan Quinn 6-4, 5-7, 6-4 at the Ford Center at The Star on Thursday.
Paul, ranked No 9, will play American wild card Reilly Opelka next.
In the previous round of the Dallas tournament, Paul battled past wild card Jenson Brooksby 6-7 (6), 6-3, 6-4.
Quinn, ranked No 199, got the best of wild card Trevor Svajda 6-4, 6-2 in the opening round.
