Serb Miomir Kecmanovic, the No 6 seed, moved into the second round of the Portuguese Open by winning against Italian Luca Nardi 6-4, 6-1 at Clube de Ténis do Estoril on Tuesday.
Kecmanovic, ranked No 40, will face the winner of the match between Austrian Jurij Rodionov and Spaniard Albert Ramos-Vinolas next.
