Rune punches ticket to Acapulco second round
Holger Rune scraped past Roberto Carballes Baena in two competitive sets on Tuesday in Acapulco. Either Brandon Nakashima or Benjamin Bonzi is next up for Rune.

Dane Holger Rune, the No 4 seed, defeated Spaniard Roberto Carballes Baena 7-6 (4), 6-3 to advance to the second round of the Mexican Open at the Arena GNP Seguros in Acapulco on Tuesday night.
Rune, ranked No 13, will next play the winner of a match between Frenchman Benjamin Bonzi and American Brandon Nakashima.
