Winston-Salem Open: Majchrzak moves into last 16

Pole Kamil Majchrzak advanced to the last 16 of the Winston-Salem Open by winning against Portuguese Nuno Borges, the No 7 seed, 6-1, 6-3 at the Wake Forest Tennis Complex on Tuesday night.
Majchrzak, ranked No 88, will face American Sebastian Korda, the No 11 seed, next.
In the previous round of the Winston-Salem tournament, the Pole beat Chilean Nicolas Jarry (7-6 (6), 6-4). This match marked the end of the day of competition at Winston Salem.
