French wildcard Arthur Cazaux won against Serb Laslo Djere 6-2, 6-7 (3), 6-2, 3-6, 6-2 to advance to the second round of the Australian Open at Melbourne Park on Tuesday.
Cazaux, ranked No 122, will play the winner of the match between Dane Holger Rune, the No 8 seed, and Japanese Yoshihito Nishioka next.
