Novak Djokovic avoided an upset defeat to fellow Serbian Laslo Djere in Belgrade on Wednesday. The world number one came from a set down and a break down, to edge out Djere 2-6 7-6 7-6. The 34-year-old will now face another Serbian in Miomir Kecmanovic in the quarter-finals.
