Ruusuvuori upsets No 11 seed Tsitsipas at Wimbledon

Finn Emil Ruusuvuori moved into the third round of Wimbledon by winning against Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas, the No 11 seed, 7-6 (6), 7-6 (10), 3-6, 6-3 at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in London on Thursday evening.

Ruusuvuori, ranked No 87, will face French lucky loser Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard next.

The Finn defeated American Mackenzie McDonald (7-6 (6), 4-6, 5-7, 7-6 (6), 6-3) in the previous round of The Championships.

In the previous round of The Championships, Tsitsipas, ranked No 11, beat Japanese Taro Daniel (7-6 (5), 6-4, 7-5).
