Wimbledon: Tiafoe knocks out Coric to move into third round
Frances Tiafoe defeated Borna Coric 7-6 (5), 6-1, 6-3 and will play the winner of the match between Carlos Alcaraz and Aleksandar Vukic in the next round

American Frances Tiafoe, the No 29 seed, moved into the third round of Wimbledon by winning against Croat Borna Coric 7-6 (5), 6-1, 6-3 at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.
Tiafoe, ranked No 29, will play the winner of the match between Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz, the No 3 seed, and Australian Aleksandar Vukic next.
Ahead of his victory, the American overhauled Italian Matteo Arnaldi (6-7 (5), 2-6, 6-1, 6-3, 6-3).
Coric, ranked No 89, defeated Brazilian qualifier Felipe Meligeni Alves (6-3, 7-6 (2), 6-3) in the previous round of The Championships.
