Ukrainian Kateryna Baindl moved into the last 16 of the Chicago Women’s Open by defeating Dutchwoman Arantxa Rus, the top seed, 7-6 (5), 6-3 on Tuesday.

Baindl, ranked No 83, will play American Sophie Chang next.
