Miami Open: Collins sets up Pegula battle in third round

American Danielle Collins, the No 30 seed, won against Bulgarian lucky loser Viktoriya Tomova 7-6 (3), 6-2 to move into the third round of the Miami Open at the Hard Rock Stadium on Thursday.
Collins, ranked No 30, will face American Jessica Pegula, the No 3 seed, next.
Tomova, ranked No 96, beat Slovak qualifier Anna Karolina Schmiedlova (7-5, 6-2) in the previous round of the Miami tournament.
