Portuguese Francisca Jorge edged out Russian Anastasia Zakharova 3-6, 6-1, 6-4 to move into the last 16 of the Oeiras Ladies Open on Wednesday.
Jorge, ranked No 190, will play Mexican Renata Zarazua, the No 7 seed, next.
