Russian Kamilla Rakhimova advanced to the second round of the Rabat Open by defeating Swiss Jil Teichmann 6-4, 6-1 at Union Sportive des Cheminots du Maroc on Tuesday.
Rakhimova, ranked No 75, will face Colombian Camila Osorio, the second seed, next.
