Second seed Linda Noskova edged out American Bernarda Pera 4-6, 7-6 (5), 6-4 to move into the second round of the Rouen Open at the Kindarena.
Noskova, ranked No 33, will face the winner of the match between Canadian wildcard Bianca Andreescu and Dutchwoman Suzan Lamens next.
