Spaniard Jessica Bouzas Maneiro, the No 6 seed, won against Romanian Alexandra Cadanțu-Ignatik 6-3, 5-7, 6-3 to move into the last 16 of the Tiriac Foundation Trophy on Monday afternoon.
Bouzas Maneiro, ranked No 134, will face the winner of the match between Romanian Patricia Maria Tig and Argentinian Maria Lourdes Carle next.
