No 4 seed Tamara Zidansek reached the quarter-finals of the Zavarovalnica Sava Ljubljana by winning against wildcard Pia Lovric 6-0, 6-0 on Thursday.
Zidansek, ranked No 87, will face the winner of the match between Sara Bejlek and Russian Erika Andreeva, the No 8 seed, next.
Ahead of her victory, Tamara Zidansek defeated qualifier Michaela Bayerlova (6-0, 6-1).
Pia Lovric beat Hungarian wildcard Natalia Szabanin (6-4, 6-2) in the previous round.
