Video: Djokovic’s dad decries Novak’s Australian “jailing”
Hundreds gathered outside the Serbian parliament to protest Australia’s decision to refuse Djokovic’s entry. Srdjan Djokovic said the decision was an attack on Serbia and its people.

“They want to keep him not only in custody, but in jail… until Monday. Think about it, until Monday, they will keep him, the best sportsman in the world, in jail. “They want to throw him on his knees. This won’t happen! They never [managed to] throw Serbia [on its knees]. We never attacked anyone, we only defended ourselves. And Novak is defending himself now, brothers and sisters. For his salvation, for the Serbian nation’s salvation, and for the salvation of the whole free world.”
