Astana Open: Rodionov books spot in quarter-finals
Jurij Rodionov beat Sebastian Baez 6-2, 6-4 on Friday and will face Frenchman Adrian Mannarino, the No 6 seed, in the next round

Austrian qualifier Jurij Rodionov won against Argentinian Sebastian Baez, the second seed, 6-2, 6-4 to move into the last 8 of the Astana Open at the Daulet National Tennis Center on Friday afternoon.
Rodionov, ranked No 107, will play Frenchman Adrian Mannarino, the No 6 seed, next.
In the previous round of the Nur-Sultan tournament, the Austrian edged out Frenchman Gregoire Barrere (2-6, 6-4, 7-6 (5)).
