Jiangxi Open: Diana Shnaider moves into semi-finals
The 19-year-old Russian will face the winner of the match between No 3 seed Marie Bouzkova and Colombian Camila Osorio next

Russia’s Diana Shnaider advanced to the semi-finals of the Jiangxi Open by beating Japan’s Nao Hibino 6-0, 7-5 at Nanchang International Tennis Center on Friday.
Shnaider, ranked No 72 in the world, will play the winner of the match between No 3 seed Marie Bouzkova and Colombian Camila Osorio next.
In the previous rounds of the tournament, the 19-year-old Russian won against Chinese Lin Zhu, the No 5 seed (6-4, 6-0) and Vera Zvonareva (6-3, 0-1 ret.).
Hibino, ranked No 93, upset Brazilian Beatriz Haddad Maia, the top seed (7-6 (2), 6-3) and beat Australian Kimberly Birrell (6-3, 7-5) earlier in the week.
