Cincinnati Masters: Etcheverry through to second round to face Shelton
The Argentine won against Matteo Arnaldi 6-3, 6-7 (3), 6-2 in the first round on Wednesday

Argentinian Tomas Martin Etcheverry moved into the second round of the Cincinnati Masters by beating Italian Matteo Arnaldi 6-3, 6-7 (3), 6-2 at the Lindner Family Tennis Center on Wednesday.
This was Etcheverry’s second win over Arnaldi across all levels of the pro tour. The world No 37 will play No 12 seed Ben Shelton next.
Shelton has won the only meeting between the two, the semi-final clash in Houston on clay earlier this year.
