Djere eases through opening round in Santiago

Serb Laslo Djere reached the second round of the Chile Open by defeating Peruvian wild card Ignacio Buse 6-3, 6-4 at the Club Universidad Católica de San Carlos de Apoquindo in Santiago de Chile on Monday evening.

Djere, ranked No 103, will next face No 4 seed Pedro Martinez.
