Canadian Marina Stakusic reached the last 16 of the Puerto Vallarta Open by beating Croat wildcard Ana Konjuh 6-3, 7-5 on Tuesday.
Stakusic, ranked No 126, will face Italian Elisabetta Cocciaretto, the No 3 seed, next.
