From Paris to Monte-Carlo, Jannik Sinner was untouchable at the sport’s biggest stages — winning 17 consecutive Masters 1000 matches in straight sets before Tomáš Macháč finally took a set from him in the fourth round at Monte-Carlo.

From the Paris Masters 2025 to Monte-Carlo 2026, Jannik Sinner won an incredible 37 consecutive sets in Masters 1000 tournaments – a streak spanning three straight titles (Paris, Indian Wells, Miami) before it was finally broken by Tomáš Macháč in the second set of their fourth-round match at Monte-Carlo.

The 37th and final set of the streak was the opening 6-1 against Macháč. The Czech then took the second set in a tiebreak, 7-6(3), ending the run. Sinner still won the match in three sets.
