Frenchman Arthur Cazaux reached the second round of the Adelaide Open by winning against Australian qualifier Adam Walton 7-5, 6-1 at the Memorial Drive Tennis Centre on Tuesday.
Cazaux, ranked No 80, will face No 5 seed Felix Auger-Aliassime next.
