Alcaraz posts full-intensity training videos 12 days before Cincinnati Open
Carlos Alcaraz shared new training footage showing full-intensity hitting on an outdoor court and a fresh braided hairstyle, without confirming any details of his return from a wrist injury that has kept him out since April.

Carlos Alcaraz posted two new training videos on social media this week, the latest showing him hitting groundstrokes at full intensity on an outdoor hard court, in his most encouraging footage yet since a wrist injury sidelined him in April.
The clips also revealed a new braided hairstyle, which the Spaniard had reportedly been growing out during his layoff.
Alcaraz has not played since withdrawing from the Barcelona Open, missing both Roland-Garros and Wimbledon in the process. He made no formal announcement alongside the videos, giving no confirmation of a return date or tournament. Spanish reporter German R. Abril separately released additional footage filmed from the side of the court, as well as clips of Alcaraz playing basketball.
Alcaraz is not part of the draw for the National Bank Open in Montreal, the next Masters 1000 event on the calendar, but he does appear on the Cincinnati Open entry list, reinforcing expectations that the defending US Open champion is targeting that event for his comeback.
