Argentinian lucky loser Facundo Diaz Acosta moved into the second round of the Auckland Open by defeating Cameron Norrie 6-2, 6-3 at the ASB Tennis Arena on Tuesday.
Acosta, ranked No 78, will face No 3 seed Sebastian Baez next.
