Korda avenges 2021 Wimbledon loss to Khachanov
Sebastian Korda defeated Karen Khachanov in straight sets on Monday night in Cincinnati. Korda awaits either Matteo Berrettini or Frances Tiafoe.

The second meeting between Sebastian Korda and Karen Khachanov was a lot more straightforward than the first.
At Wimbledon this summer, there were a ridiculous 13 breaks of serve in a wild fifth set between the two players — a marathon contest finally won by Khachanov. Their rematch required only two sets, as Korda cruised 6-3, 6-4 during first-round action at the Western & Southern Open on Monday.
Korda, ranked No 52, will next play the winner of a match between Matteo Berrettini and Frances Tiafoe.
