Los Cabos Open: Purcell moves into second round
Max Purcell edged out Matteo Arnaldi 6-4, 4-6, 6-4 on Tuesday and will face the winner of the match between German Dominik Koepfer and Portuguese Nuno Borges in the next round

Australian Max Purcell, the No 7 seed, moved into the second round of the Los Cabos Open by edging out Italian Matteo Arnaldi 6-4, 4-6, 6-4 at the Cabo del Mar Sports Center on Tuesday.
Purcell, ranked No 51, will face the winner of the match between German Dominik Koepfer and Portuguese Nuno Borges next.
