Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime, the second seed, edged out Serb Hamad Medjedovic 3-6, 6-1, 6-4 to reach the last 4 of the Mallorca Open at Mallorca Country Club on Thursday.
Auger-Aliassime, ranked No 27, will face Dutchman Tallon Griekspoor, the No 4 seed, next.
Ahead of his victory, the Canadian won against Frenchman Arthur Rinderknech (7-5, 6-3).
Medjedovic, ranked No 73, beat American qualifier Nishesh Basavareddy (6-0, 6-4) and edged out Russian Roman Safiullin (6-4, 3-6, 7-6 (4)) in the previous rounds of the Mallorca tournament.
