Marseille Open: Humbert makes quarter-finals
Ugo Humbert won against Hugo Gaston 2-6, 6-1, 6-3 on Wednesday evening. He’ll play the winner of the match between Finn Emil Ruusuvuori and Spaniard Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, the No 5 seed, in the next round
No 4 seed Ugo Humbert beat qualifier Hugo Gaston 2-6, 6-1, 6-3 to advance to the quarter-finals of the Marseille Open at the Palais des sports on Wednesday evening.
Humbert, ranked No 21, will play the winner of the match between Finn Emil Ruusuvuori and Spaniard Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, the No 5 seed, next.
Gaston, ranked No 86, won against Canadian wildcard Denis Shapovalov (7-5, 1-6, 6-3) in the previous round of the Marseille tournament.
