Queen’s: Rinderknech knocks out Shelton in the first round
Arthur Rinderknech won against Ben Shelton 7-6 (5), 7-6 (4) on Tuesday afternoon and will play American Reilly Opelka in the next round

French lucky loser Arthur Rinderknech reached the second round of the Queen’s by defeating American Ben Shelton, the No 6 seed, 7-6 (5), 7-6 (4) at Queen’s Club in London on Tuesday.
It’s the first victory of his career against a Top 10 player.
Rinderknech, ranked No 80, will play American Reilly Opelka next.
