Rome Masters: Musetti sweeps past Nakashima to reach last 16

Italian Lorenzo Musetti, the No 8 seed, beat American Brandon Nakashima, the No 28 seed, 6-4, 6-3 to move into the last 16 of the Rome Masters at the Foro Italico in Rome.
Musetti, ranked No 9, will face Russian Daniil Medvedev, the No 10 seed, next.
Ahead of his victory, the Italian won against Finnish qualifier Otto Virtanen (6-3, 6-2).
Nakashima, ranked No 29, benefited from the forfeit of Australian Jordan Thompson in the previous round of the Italian Open.
