Rome Masters: Jarry reaches third round
Nicolas Jarry won against Matteo Arnaldi 6-2, 7-6 (6) on Saturday and will play the winner of the match between Chinese lucky loser Juncheng Shang and Italian wildcard Stefano Napolitano in the next round

Chilean Nicolas Jarry, the No 21 seed, advanced to the third round of the Rome Masters by defeating Italian Matteo Arnaldi 6-2, 7-6 (6) at the Foro Italico in Roma on Saturday.
Jarry, ranked No 24, will face the winner of the match between Chinese lucky loser Juncheng Shang and Italian wildcard Stefano Napolitano next.
In the previous round of the Italian Open, Arnaldi, ranked No 37, edged out French lucky loser Harold Mayot (3-6, 7-5, 6-4).
