Rome Masters: Sensational Munar rolls against Korda to book last 16 spot
Jaume Munar defeated Sebastian Korda 6-4, 6-2 on Monday and will face the winner of the match between Italian Matteo Berrettini, the No 29 seed, and Norwegian Casper Ruud, the No 6 seed, in the next round

Spaniard Jaume Munar beat American Sebastian Korda, the No 22 seed, 6-4, 6-2 to reach the last 16 of the Rome Masters at the Foro Italico in Roma on Monday afternoon.
Munar, ranked No 66, will play the winner of the match between Italian Matteo Berrettini, the No 29 seed, and Norwegian Casper Ruud, the No 6 seed, next.
The Spaniard edged out Chilean qualifier Tomas Barrios Vera (4-6, 6-2, 7-5) and won against American Ben Shelton, the No 12 seed (6-2, 6-1) ahead of his victory.
In the previous round of the Italian Open, Korda, ranked No 23, defeated Australian Aleksandar Vukic (6-3, 6-4).
