Rotterdam Open: Fils stages comeback to reach second round
Arthur Fils beat Constant Lestienne 6-7 (4), 6-2, 6-1 on Wednesday. He’ll face German lucky loser Daniel Altmaier in the next round

No 7 seed Arthur Fils advanced to the second round of the Rotterdam Open by winning against qualifier Constant Lestienne 6-7 (4), 6-2, 6-1 at the Rotterdam Ahoy on Wednesday.
It took Fils two hours, ten minutes to overcome Lestienne.
He did it on the back of 14 aces, 73 percent win on first serve, and six break-point conversions, also benefitting from his opponent’s three double faults.
Fils, ranked No 19, will face German lucky loser Daniel Altmaier next.
