Australian Alex de Minaur, the No 3 seed, defeated Belgian David Goffin 6-2, 6-4 to move into the second round of the Rotterdam Open at the Rotterdam Ahoy on Tuesday.
De Minaur, ranked No 8, will face the winner of the match between Kazakh Alexander Bublik and Jakub Mensik next.
