Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime, the No 5 seed, reached the quarter-finals of the Swiss Indoors by winning against Croat qualifier Marin Cilic 7-6 (2), 7-6 (2) at the St. Jakobshalle. in Basel on Thursday afternoon.
Auger-Aliassime, ranked No 12, will play the winner of the match between Spaniard Jaume Munar and American Ben Shelton, the second seed, next.
