Serb Miomir Kecmanovic won against Spaniard Alejandro Davidovich Fokina 6-7 (5), 6-2, 6-1 to reach the second round of the Swiss Indoors at the Halle Saint-Jacques in Basle on Tuesday evening.
Kecmanovic, ranked No 28, will play the winner of the match between Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime, the No 3 seed, and Swiss wildcard Marc-Andrea Huesler next.
