Hangzhou Open: Wong books spot in second round
Chak Lam Coleman Wong benefited from the retirement of Yibing Wu (6-3) on Thursday and will play No 4 seed Brandon Nakashima in the next round
Qualifier Chak Lam Coleman Wong advanced to the second round of the Hangzhou Open when Chinese wildcard Yibing Wu retired at the Hengqin International Tennis Center on Thursday.
Wong, ranked No 141, led 6-3 when Yibing Wu pulled out at the Hengqin International Tennis Center on Thursday.
Chak Lam Coleman Wong will play No 4 seed Brandon Nakashima next.
