American Madison Brengle moved into the last 16 of the Chicago Women’s Open by defeating Russian qualifier Irina Khromacheva 6-1, 6-0 on Tuesday evening.
Brengle, ranked No 97, will face Spaniard Rebeka Masarova, the No 6 seed, next.
