The Davis Cup Final 8 will be held in Italy for the next three years, the International Tennis Federation announced on Monday.
The last three editions of the Davis Cup Finals 8 have been held in Malaga, Spain. The 2025 Final 8 will be held in the Italian city of Bologna.
“We are delighted to partner with the FITP (Italian tennis federation) for the Davis Cup Final 8. Italy has a rich history in tennis and a proven ability to host world-class sporting events,” ITF President David Haggerty said.
“We would like to thank Malaga and Andalusia, as well as Tennium and ITF member nation the Real Federación Española de Tenis for being such great partners in helping us to elevate the event to new heights these past three years. We are confident that over the next three years working with the FITP, we can take the Davis Cup even higher, providing an unforgettable experience for fans and players alike.”
Italy won the Davis Cup this year for the second year in a row and the third overall.
