The 2026 edition of Roland-Garros takes place at the Stade Roland-Garros in Paris from Sunday 18 May to Saturday 7 June 2026. The men’s and women’s singles main draws start on Sunday 25 May with 128 players in each draw. Doubles begin on Wednesday 28 May, and mixed doubles on Sunday 1 June.
Before the main draw, qualifying rounds run from Monday 18 May to Friday 23 May at 10:00 AM, giving 128 men and 96 women three matches to earn their spot in the singles tableaux.
The tournament also features juniors, wheelchair tennis, and the Legends Trophy:
- Junior qualifying kicks off on Thursday 29 May (32 boys and 32 girls), with the junior main-draw singles starting on Tuesday 2 June and junior doubles on Wednesday 3 June.
- Wheelchair men’s, women’s, and quad draws run from Tuesday 2 June to Saturday 7 June.

What are the dates of the men’s and women’s finals?
The closing weekend is packed. The women’s singles final is scheduled for Saturday 6 June, alongside the men’s doubles final and several wheelchair and junior finals.
The men’s singles final closes the tournament on Sunday 7 June, together with the mixed doubles final and the remaining junior finals.
When will the draw ceremony be held?
The singles main-draw ceremony is scheduled for Thursday 22 May at 2:00 PM (Paris time), based on the provisional schedule on rolandgarros.com.
The doubles draw follows on Friday 23 May, and the mixed doubles draw on Sunday 25 May.
How long does Roland-Garros last?
From the first qualifying ball struck on 18 May to the men’s singles champion lifting the Coupe des Mousquetaires on 7 June, Roland-Garros 2026 lasts 21 days.
The qualifying phase runs for one week (18–23 May), and the main draw covers the following two weeks (25 May–7 June). A rest day is traditionally observed on the middle Friday.
What time do matches start each day at Roland-Garros?
Day sessions on the three show courts — Philippe-Chatrier, Suzanne-Lenglen, and Simonne-Mathieu — begin at 11:00 AM CET.
Outside courts open as early as 10:00 AM during qualifying and the first week of the main draw.
The night session, featuring one marquee match on Court Philippe-Chatrier under floodlights, starts at 8:15 PM CET and requires a separate ticket.
