American Danielle Collins, the No 9 seed, scored a straight-sets win over Bulgarian lucky loser Viktoriya Tomova to move into the second round of Roland-Garros in Paris on Tuesday.
Collins, needed one hour and 12 minutes to score the 6-0, 6-4 win and move into the second round of the French Open for the fourth year in a row.
The 2020 Roland-Garros quarter-finalist, Danielle Collins will play the winner of the match between American Shelby Rogers and Czech Tereza Martincova for a spot in the third round.
