Roland-Garros: Zverev easily through to second round

Alexander Zverev won against Sebastian Ofner 6-2, 6-4, 6-4 on Sunday evening. He’ll face the winner of the next match between Serb Dusan Lajovic and Argentinian Sebastian Baez in the next round.

German Alexander Zverev beat Sebastian Ofner 6-2, 6-4, 6-4 to move into the second round of the French Open at Stade Roland-Garros in Paris on Sunday evening.

Zverev, ranked No 3, will face the winner of the next match between Serb Dusan Lajovic and Argentinian Sebastian Baez next.

Ofner, ranked No 218, was a qualifier and won against Jay Clarke (6-4, 6-4), Australian Aleksandar Vukic (6-2, 6-4) and Italian Alessandro Giannessi (6-4, 1-6, 6-2) earlier in the tournament.
